12kV spring operated vacuum circuit breaker is applicable to three-phase AC 50Hz rated voltage 3-10kV power system for switchgears for making, carrying and breaking current under normal circuit condition and for making, carrying and breaking current under abnormal circuit condition (for example, short-circuit condition).

condition (for example, short-circuit condition). This device is widely applied
various types of substations in power system and power generators, electrified
railway, city subway, municipal construction, port construction,
transportation, metallurgy and other applications. This vacuum circuit breaker
has a service life of over 30,000 times as a whole and is maintenance-free for
a long-term. It also meets relevant technical standards including GB1984,
GB/T11022 and IEC60694.

This vacuum
terminal post uses advanced automatic pressure gelatin process (APG) to
directly seal small ultra-low resistance vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and
other parts of the main circuit in epoxy resin, which simplify the assembly
process of terminal post, prevent any loosening caused by vibration of
connecting bolts of conductor circuit in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber
due to movement, thus improving reliability. The surface of the vacuum arc
extinguishing chamber is not affected by external mechanical force and external
environment, which further improving electric field distribution on the terminal
post.
High-performance break-brake buffer is
used, which significantly reduce the overshoot and bounce amplitude of moving
contacts in the process of circuit breaker opening, which in turn significantly
reduce the possibility of arc reignition and restrike.
A new integrated spring-operated
mechanism is used with reasonable structure and load, reliable performance and
long mechanical life.
